A Double bedroom of generous proportions – this has a King-size bed and ample cupboard and drawer space – we can provide a fold up bed or a cot for this room if required. [photo]

A Triple bedroom providing three single beds.

A Kitchen equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, dishwasher and refrigerator. An alcove off it houses the washing machine. There is a tumble drier. A small table offers space for informal dining. [photo]

A Bathroom with bath and an electric shower over. There is a hair-drier in the apartment.

Gas central heating, electricity and bed linen are included in the rental price. Four hour ticketed parking is available outside the property at £1 per hour between 8.30 and 5.30 p.m. on weekdays – weekends and some public holidays are free. Parking within and outside the metered zone is always available.
